Delivery : There is a delivery charge of £6.99 per address no matter how many cases are ordered. For orders with a value of more than £150 this charge is waived. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom including the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

Orders delivered to the postcodes listed below will be subject to a surcharge of £10 regardless of order value. The surcharge is applied automatically at the checkout. The postcodes affected are:

AB13-14, AB21-23, AB30-56, PH12-50, PA20-80     All BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, ZE postcodes.

We use the services of Express Dispatch to deliver our wines. This premium service means that you will normally receive your delivery the next working day though deliveries to outlying areas will take slightly longer. Deliveries are not made on weekends or Bank Holidays.

If you are not in, we normally ask if there is somewhere safe the wine can be left, for example in the garage or round the back of the house or perhaps with a neighbour. Where this is not possible, the driver will need to obtain a signature. So if for any reason you are not in, they will put a card through your letter box with the contact details of the local depot and when the wine will be re-delivered.

Collection : Your order can also be collected from our warehouse, thus saving the delivery charge. If you wish to do this, please advise at the time of order so that we can make sure the order is picked in good time.

This is a large building with a car park in front of it. It is situated on Redhouse Road, the main road through Moulton Park Industrial Estate. Simply go to Reception, ask for Hawkshead Wines and we will come out to meet you.
